- Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
- We will not accept items marked FINAL SALE .
- We cannot refund original shipping charges.
- There will be a $7.50 fee deducted from your refund for a return label
- All J. Crew marketplace orders will adhere to J. Crew return policy detailed here: https://www.jcrew.com/help/returns-exchanges?sidecar=true. PLEASE NOTE: Items CANNOT be returned to J. Crew stores.
- Please email your return request to email@example.com include your name, order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return. For exchanges please specify the name and size of the item(s) you would like to receive.
- We will respond to your email with a pre-paid USPS return label. Print the attached label and adhere it to the box.
