- Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
- We will not accept items marked FINAL SALE or discounted at 50% off or more.
- We cannot refund original shipping charges.
- There will be a $7.50 fee deducted from your refund for a return label. Please note, we are unable to provide return labels for international orders.
- Please email your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org include your name, order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return. For exchanges please specify the name and size of the item(s) you would like to receive.
- We will respond to your email with a pre-paid USPS return label (with the exception of international orders.) Print the attached label and adhere it to the box.
